From figure 2 shows, with the increase of thickness, sound insulation performance at low frequencies, the overall still showed increasing trend, but an undulating sound insulation performance curve is obvious, especially in the high frequency of 3150 hz, near a large trough, shows a two-component sound-absorbing cotton material at this point the sound insulation performance is poorer, show the sound insulation performance curve in high frequency phase value also is not so stable, proof of multicomponent sound-absorbing cotton material sound-absorbing noise reduction performance at a particular frequency of sound insulation performance is enhanced with the increase of the thickness of the, but in thickness exceeds a certain threshold, sound-absorbing noise reduction performance will be weakened with the increase of the thickness. Generally speaking, the sound insulation performance of two-component sound-absorbing cotton has a certain relationship with thickness and gram weight. In the case of the same structure, it is superior in thickness and weight.
